On average, my clients see less than ten homes before purchasing (in the last year, four even bought the first home they saw!).

With hands-on training from Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation and over 17 years of local experience, I know what sellers want to see in a purchase contract and will advise you on how to write a strong, compelling one. I’ve been ranked the #1 buyer’s agent in San Mateo County per MLS, successfully representing more buyers than any other agent in the county out of 3,000 agents. On average my clients write on average 1.3 offers before they are in contract.
