I was born and raised in Burlingame and truly believe the Peninsula is one of the best places to call home, which is why I’ve chosen to raise my family here. Combining my training at Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation with years of challenging multiple-offer negotiations, I’m able to help most of my buyers get their first offer accepted, making the buying process efficient, realistic, and fun. On average, I help our sellers sell their home in under 7 days compared to the county average of 20 days. Selling more than one home a week (representing both sellers and buyers) keeps me very in tune with the market and being well-connected with top industry professionals gives my clients an added advantage in this competitive marketplace.

That’s why I’ve developed a streamlined three-step system to manage your time efficiently, which includes an initial call, a deep dive on Zoom about neighborhoods and relevant data, and an in-depth neighborhood tour. Once we determine your goals, I combine my insider knowledge of the area with a data-driven approach to identify the home that is right for you. I only want to show you homes you’re going to love and want to buy. Throughout the home-buying journey I will guide you every step of the way so that the process is as smooth and seamless as possible.
For sellers, I create a personalized marketing strategy based on extensive market research and statistical analysis. We make selling your home less stressful by preparing it to look its very best, managing every last listing detail and providing support throughout the whole process. You’ll be able to leverage my network of trusted professionals including photographers, general contractors, and home inspectors.
Real estate is about more than closing a deal—for me, it’s ultimately about creating long-lasting relationships with our clients and being a resource for years to come. Fostering community is important and to this end I’ve created 650 Stories—an interview series featuring the amazing people of San Mateo County. I contribute to many community events throughout the year, have served on the board of several local foundations, and support many local charities and nonprofits. When I’m not working you’ll find me camping, backpacking, relaxing with my family and our goldendoodle puppy, and eating an occasional chocolate pizza from Copenhagen Bakery on Burlingame Avenue.
