Initial consult

We’ll connect via phone or Zoom to discuss the market, your background, our process, our buyer representation agreement, and how we handle dual agency.

Deep dive

Once engaged we’ll arrange two calls via Zoom. We will do a deep dive into the marketplace, what you’re looking for, and get to know you more personally.

Start touring

We’ll visit neighborhoods of interest and focus on areas and particular streets of interest.

Walk-through

Once engaged we’ll schedule an in-person walk-through where you’ll meet me and we’ll discuss what opportunities there may be to add value to your home.

We’ll review the scope of the property prep work, review estimates in partnership with you, and finalize a calendar that feels comfortable.
