We recently worked with Raziel this year to purchase our first home. We decided to work with Raziel after our first meeting with him through Zoom. From that first Zoom meeting with him, he was the right person for us because he showed that he really cared about finding the right home for us. And that it wasn't just a transaction for him.

I think he asked us where we were from, and where we grew up, and taking that step to get to know us on a deeper level was really important for us. I think it actually meant a lot more than we maybe thought it would be. And then we really dove into our search for our first home.

Within that first week of meeting Raziel, we immediately started going to open houses that weekend, and Raziel was very quick for being able to just help us write an offer that weekend for the first house that we were interested in.

From the beginning, he made it clear that he cared about us as people and really wanted us to find the perfect home. And it wasn't just a transaction on his end. And I think that's really why one of the reasons why we're so happy that we decided to reach out.

Prior to reaching out to Raziel, we really had minimal experience about the home-buying process and going into it. Raziel was very educational, very informative,and he really made sure that we knew what we were getting ourselves into. I felt like he really did a great job explaining things to us and teaching us about the process

 I think they [team] relieved a lot of the stress that we thought we were going to have during the whole process - and they were really taking care of a lot of things in the back room.

The most surprising thing in general about the whole process was how quickly it went.

It was about five weeks. Although I mean, granted, I think we did get pretty lucky, but that just goes to show how hardworking Raziel is. He was working throughout the weekends for us. He wrote negotiations for us within the same day that we went to an open house. He was really able to make sure that we didn't miss any opportunities that we wanted to take advantage of.

So, if we saw a house on a Sunday, you wrote an offer that following Monday and got it into the seller's agent and it was just so quick.

I think one other thing that was also very surprising was how well-known Raziel is within the community. So everywhere we went, a lot of these other seller's agents actually knew Raziel and they reassured us that we're in good hands. That just made us feel really comfortable with choosing Raziel as our agent.

So we would go to open house and they, of course, would ask, are you working with an agent? And we would say, Yeah, we're actually working with a guy named Raziel. And they would always say, okay, we know like you guys are in good hands, you have nothing to worry about. So that made us feel at ease, especially because, we're first-time homebuyers, We're really nervous. We don't really know what we're doing. But he really guided us throughout the whole process and really like, had our back.
