We love Burlingame and we love Ray Park. We get to walk to our Elementary School, Lincoln, which is an amazing school with great teachers and a strong sense of community. When my kids go to Middle School at Burlingame Intermediate School they will be able to walk there too!

Raziel made it easy and took the stress out of what could be a stressful process. I trusted Raziel implicitly throughout the process. The best part is being able to call Raziel a friend 8 years later!

First, during the offer and negotiation, I was particularly impressed with his abilities to negotiate a great price on our behalf. Raziel's skill in this area saved us thousands of dollars without a doubt.

Second, I appreciated Raziel's willingness to work at our convenience which was sometimes at night, early in the mornings, or over the weekend. Since we had a young son, we had very limited flexibility in our schedules. He was willing to go the extra mile and give us the level of service that we desperately needed to complete this transaction.

Finally, and maybe most important, we appreciated Raziel's honesty and integrity. He was always our advocate no matter how large or small any detail was in our offer. Raziel's level of professionalism in this way made what could have been a nerve-racking, stressful process very enjoyable. I appreciate that he was willing to share honest opinions and advice with us. It was a huge relief to know that Raziel always had our interest in mind in everything that he did for us and that we could trust him.
