I grew up in the South Bay (Cupertino, Los Gatos). The area was very suburban at that time and much less built up then it is now. (My family home was actually built in the middle of an old orchard!) We decided to return to the Bay Area from Seattle as we were beginning to think about starting a family and wanting to be closer to home.

I grew up in the South Bay (Los Gatos, Campbell). There was much more space at the time and my friends and I could ride our bikes all over. It’s interesting to watch it change from a somewhat sleepy community into a bustling international technology hub.

We’ve been living in San Bruno since late 2013. We really like our neighbors and the convenience. Many of our neighbors have lived here for over 50 years, and everyone has been so welcoming to us. Plus, it’s close to everything!

We had been saving to buy a home for years, but when we made the decision to move back to the Bay Area, we knew we felt ready to buy. As soon as we moved back, we began researching different neighborhoods and realtors and started moving forward. Once we found a home we liked, Raziel guided us step-by-step through the entire buying process.

It was fun, for the most part. Raziel worked hard to make it an enjoyable experience for us and we are very grateful.

I was surprised by how quick and straightforward it was (or at least Raziel made it feel that way!), especially after saving for so long to buy our home. Once we had made it through all of the initial paperwork and found a house we were interested in, we placed an offer, and we were moving in in less than a month!

Buying a home in the Bay Area can be daunting, especially in this market, but Raziel was a tremendous support for us throughout this endeavor. While working with Raziel, we always felt the utmost confidence that we would find our home, and we were actually able to enjoy the excitement that comes with this important milestone.
