Burlingame Gardens Real Estate Update - January 2012

Over the past few years,  Burlingame Gardens has averaged just less than one sale a month, with activity higher in the middle of the year. There has not been a lot of recent activity. In December 2011 and January 2012, there were no home sales.

Buyers looking into the Burlingame Gardens neighborhood have not had many listing from which to choose. Only eight homes have been listed in the last ten months. Inventory of for-sale homes was only one home in November and December 2011.  There were no homes for sale at the end of the month. The market is much more constrained than last year. At the same point in 2011, there were five homes for sale.

Burlingame Gardens is one of the lower priced neighborhoods in Burlingame, with an average price per square feet just above $500 and average/median selling values in the $800,000 range.
