It’s back! Unleash your inner artist at the 3rd Annual Paint Burlingame Day on Sunday, September 30th. This one day plein air painting event gives you the opportunity to paint your favorite spot in Burlingame. Artists must create their works between 9 AM and 3 PM and delivered their finished and framed work to 1426 Burlingame Avenue by 4 PM. Artist Will Maller, 2010 Paint the Parks Grand Prize Winner, will judge the finished works and award prizes to the winning artists in each age category. Even if you’re not painting your own work of art this year, maybe you’ll be inspired by watching the talented local artists’ creative process. All artwork will be on sale, with a portion the proceeds going to The Burlingame Historical Society, a local, all-volunteer, non-profit group whose mission is to educate the public about the rich history of the area with programs and exhibits.
