One of the neatest places in Burlingame you may not have heard about is GoKart Racer, right near Rollins Road and 101. GoKart Racer has an sleek indoor track and it's a fun activity regardless of your age!

For teenagers, The Junior Driving School (ages 12 – 17) includes 15 – 20 minutes of instruction about kart operation, safety flags and rules. After that, the class will spend time on the track in the karts practicing. The class ends with a complete Hot Laps Session with detailed timing sheet.

Kid Karts are available for racers aged 8 – 11 and run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3 – 7 PM and Saturdays and Sundays from 12:30 PM - 4 PM. Celebrate your child’s birthday here for an exciting and unusual party. (Please note that they do not allow any outside food or beverages, but you can bring your own cake, ice cream, cupcakes or cookies. Any other food or drinks may be purchased at the snack bar.)

There is a new attraction called The Vault Assault Lazer Maze. Players have to break into the vault shared by notorious criminals in order to access the computer terminal and transfer funds to a charitable organization. You will have to get past a sophisticated network of lasers, pass a biometric scan of your hand and enter the revealed code. Each broken beam and error made results in penalty time and reduces the amount of money transferred to the charity.

On Sundays, two tracks are combined to create the Super Track, which has more than 20 left and right turns, an elevation change and 2 chicanes (an artificial feature creating extra turns in a road, used in motor racing and on city streets to slow cars to lower speeds.)

Reservations are not required, but if you have a group of 6 or more people, they are recommended. GoKart Racer is located at 1541 Adrian Road, and their phone number is 650-692-RACE (7223).
