Prime Time Athletic Club has everything you could possibly need. Whether you like aerobics, stairclimbers or playing racquetball, this 100,000 square foot facility has quite a bit, including a complete fitness center with Olympic free weights and Nautilus, two heated swimming pools, two cardiovascular training centers, five group exercise studios (with 50 aerobic classes per month), four lighted tennis courts, eight racquetball courts, a squash court and an indoor basketball court. The Dailey Method, located in the Burlingables neighborhood, offers a combination of ballet barre work, core conditioning, yoga, muscle strengthening and orthopedic exercises for a workout that stretches and strengthens all of the major muscles groups in the body. The exercises are non-impact, but are weight-bearing, which is an efficient method to exercise the muscles at their core. Each class is followed by a series of active stretches to develop more sculpted muscles.
