The latest numbers for June 2012 are out. San Mateo County had the highest median home price for all counties in the state of $825,000, according to the California Association of Realtors.

The overall median price in California is $320,540, and the lowest median home price was in Merced, which was at $107,000.

That being said though, there is still plenty of good opportunity to take advantage of today's historic low interest rates and buy a home in a prime location, particularly if you're looking for a home in the Burlingame area. If you'd like to connect, please drop me a line on my Contact page.
