I thought I'd share some interesting data we ran for each of the towns I cover on the north peninsula. The data includes the median home price, number of sales, the lowest and highest closed sales, and the percentage of list price received, for real estate in Burlingame, Hillsborough, San Mateo, San Carlos, Belmont, Foster City, Redwood Shores, and Redwood City.
