What do you love the most about your neighborhood?

We’ve been living in San Carlos for the last 8 years. It is both tranquil and lively, with hustling and bustling high tech professionals but still maintains that touch of old-fashioned small-town charm. We love the people here. It’s a pretty convenient location with easy access to cities, airports and our favorite restaurants along the peninsula.

What was your journey like buying a home, and what surprised you the most?

There were very specific components we were looking for this time, such as particular streets/locations within the community and the need for a bigger lot. We did have to wait for the right home to come onto the market and that extended our timeline out quite a bit but it was worth the wait. We were surprised that the market was as competitive as it was, given COVID and a fair amount of uncertainty with the economy in general.

What was your experience like selling your home?

It was a bit nerve-wracking but Raziel and his team have made it very seamlessly for us. The team provided transparency to the entire processes right from the get-go which was very helpful while setting the right expectations. Our favorite was the comprehensive activities calendar and a checklist of to-do’s that helped keeping the chaos organized. Everyone was also very available and prompt in responding to questions and concerns. Definitely made a highly complex and potentially stress event more manageable.
