When my husband and I fell in love with our current house, we were up against 9 other bids. Like many first time homebuyers in the Bay Area, making one of the biggest purchases of a lifetime can feel a bit overwhelming in the beginning. Luckily for us, we were referred to Raziel from a realtor in Santa Cruz who had sold my Grandfather’s home and highly recommended him. After the first 30 minutes of our initial meeting, we knew that Raziel would be our guy. We appreciated the time he took to inquire about our childhood homes and locations as well as getting a sense of our immediate and future needs. Raziel also helped us to determine the type of neighborhood we would benefit from and proximity to parks, good schools, etc. Further, Raziel did a great job in explaining the home buying process and what to expect when purchasing in the bay area.

We have enjoyed being part of the community that makes San Bruno such an ideal place to live. Many neighborhoods boast beautiful views of the bay and peninsula. Numerous neighbors have lived here for many years and are completely invested as well. As a couple, my husband and I have have enjoyed trying many of the local restaurants as well as benefited from the close proximity to San Francisco and neighboring cities. Now as parents, we value San Bruno’s great schools and sports leagues as well as other local activities which our children can participate in. Ask anyone and they can tell you how much we recommend purchasing a home in San Bruno in a heartbeat!
