Burlingame’s Oldest Retail Store: The Studio Shop (and still family owned!)

The Studio Shop is Burlingame's oldest retail business, having opened its doors in 1915. It is the place to get your favorite family photos and art pieces matted and framed, and their work is of the highest quality. The current owners, Janet and Carl Martin, live in Burlingame, and are very active in the community, supporting the Art on the Line exhibition in their museum quality gallery in downtown Burlingame. Most recently, they have gracious supported My Monet: A Burlingame Children's Art Exhibition at Burlingame's annual flagship event, Art in the Park, by donating all the custom matting of children's art.
