Burlingame Grove Market Update August 2011 - Low Inventory
There has been very little sales activity in Burlingame Grove in 2011. Year-to-date through August, there have been only four single family homes sold, as compared to 11 at the same point last year. Low sales activity is a product of low inventory on the market, rather than a lack of demand. For the entire year, there have only been one to two homes left on the market for sale at the end of each month. In the early part of last summer, there were regularly seven to eight single family homes available for sale.
