There has been no recent activity in Burlingame Village since the last sale was May 2011. Year-to-date through August, there have been five single family homes sold, as compared to only two at the same point last year. Low sales activity is a product of low inventory on the market, rather than a lack of demand. As of the end of August, there were no homes for sale in this neighborhood.
