Burlingame Terrace Market Update August 2011
There has not been a lot of activity in Burlingame Terrace in 2011. Year-to-date through August, there have been only four single family detached homes sold, as compared to 12 at the same point last year. Low sales activity is a product of low inventory on the market, rather than a lack of demand. Active inventory of single family homes at the end of August was only four homes.
