The Tobin Clark Estate Real Estate Market Update September 2011 - Not Much Activity

Year-to-date through September, there have been seven single family detached homes sold, as compared to 12 at the same point last year. Low sales activity is a product of the fact that it is a small neighborhood, rather than a lack of demand. Active inventory of single family homes at the end of September was seven homes, and only 15 homes have been listed all year.
Median and average prices in the neighborhood are well over $3 million, making it one of the most expensive areas in the nation.
