Join a Hip Burlingame Book Club at Books Inc.
Now I never thought books clubs would be for everyone, but Books Inc. on Burlingame Avenue has three book clubs which I think offer something for most everyone. Don’t you just love it when you read a good book and have someone to share it with?
They have three book clubs, and they all they all meet on Thursday evenings.
Perhaps the most compelling, on the 2nd Thursday of every month The Manly Man Man Man Book Club, which focuses on topics of interest to the modern man.
The Drinking Club With a Reading Problem is a new book group which meets on the 3rd Thursday of every month. This group gets together with wine, water, tea and snacks and mostly concentrates on fiction.
On the 4th Thursday, join store manager Earle Peterson and local psychologist, Pamela Rudd for Healthy Lives: The Book Club, which explores the pressures and pleasures of modern lives.
